Grace Jones once sang - “I am not perfect, but I am perfect for you”.
This is the song I am about to send to a person who sent me an email of complaint this week.
The email said, "Peter, your continuous autoresponders are driving us mad. An occasional one is wonderful! A deluge, No, thanks. Signed off."
It is essential to recognise what our clients or potential clients think, feel, fear, aspire to, their shortfalls, and strengths are. I urge people in marketing to be mindful of their client's avatars every time they communicate with them.
