If people click on your landing page but don’t give you an email address, retarget them with ads.

If they give you their email address but don’t buy, contact them with an email or text or messenger sequence.

If they buy your low-cost product, how can you add more to it with an offer to buy something else?

What touchpoints can you create when the buying process is over to give them an opportunity to purchase higher-end products?
