Recently I received an email complaint from one of my client's avatars.
The email says, "Peter, your continuous autoresponders are driving us mad. An occasional one is wonderful! A deluge, No, thanks. Signed off."
It is essential to recognise what our clients or potential clients think, feel, fear, aspire to, their shortfalls, and strengths are. I urge people in marketing to be mindful of their client's avatars every time they communicate with them.
